After you have added money to your Rummychampionz account, you will not be able to withdraw it. The cash can be used to participate in any mode of games in the Rummychampionz Application. Should there be any technical errors or issues, we reserve the right to review and, if necessary, provide refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. Rummychampionz has the sole responsibility of determining whether or not to reimburse a user after deducting any cancellation fees and taxes. The money will be returned to the wallet account from which the funds were deducted.

Please send an email within 48 hours if you have any concerns regarding this. As part of the refund process, the same payment method or financial instrument is used as in the original transaction. In situations where funds have been processed to your credit card or bank account without being credited to your Rummychampionz wallet, you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your email.
